During the years, I have experienced crucial times towards others, I describe this time as power by that I mean someone is leading or someone is pressured into joining this idea. People generally go with what they feel comfortable in doing.
Let's give an example a new girl's first time in a public high school. She has always been in a small private school and now has entered a new beginning. This is an idea of the picture I am trying to portray.
Life will always show us the bright times and the dark days. With that being said, even if we have second thoughts, we will never give up. Many people think that others will follow their actions and actually accept them. The truth is far from the expectation, not necessarily with the thought out outcome. The picture is not yet complete. If you read the sentence carefully, it just shows that there is a new girl entering into a completely new environment. Not everybody is very comfortable with this idea because people always get a different picture in their head.
Girls and boys can be leaders in things or a part of a group. The hard part is how to fit in. That's probably the most common thing that comes to mind when you're new to a school, there's something missing in yourself: confidence. Without confidence in a person any big or little thing you do makes you think you're not good enough or you can do better.
Let's start over again. There's a new girl going to a public high school. It's her first time in a public high school; she's been in a private elementary school since day one and she's worried about making new friends. The picture now is complete. I told you the rest of the picture and what is happening, there are some people that think they're the leader in everything, and become very positive in their self and hurt others with their rude comments. Everyone probably had gotten hurt by someone from their sarcastic or rude comments towards others. An example of a good leader is a person with great confidence, respectfulness and with a heartwarming and truthful heart. They always pick the right way to start something, they respect and admire every idea that has to be told.
On the other hand there are bad leaders that choose to go the other way in society. You can't shut off someone's confidence just because of your jealous emotions. It's a gift someone can have. You should be happy for them not become of jealous of them. You might have something different than that person and yet each one has a great gift in them. The two leaders combine into a group and if one person might not like you for who you are then you don't need this type of person in your group. They aren't really treating you as a good friend.
Leaders have one thing in common: determination in doing something. Great minds create excellent ideas, many people know how to lead, but they should always choose the right way to lead a person. With great confidence anyone could be successful in anything they do with positives ways of course. People can look at things in a positive or negative way. Think through before you do something because of the affect it has on you and others afterwards.
